Aura Rainwater wants you to be completely satisfied (and hydrated) with the products and service that we provide. Further, we stand behind our products 100%! Therefore, our policy is very simple:
General Return/Exchange Guidelines- Please check the products on delivery and report any damaged items within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange. Aura Rainwater may not be responsible for replacing any product if damage is reported after this time period but exceptions do exist so reach out anyway.
- Please contact us at gratitude@aurarainwater.com or call 833.724.6928 prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us. Please reference your invoice number in your communication. You will be given a return authorization number (RA#). No return will be accepted without a RA#. RA#’s are valid for 14 business days after issuance and must be received in our warehouse within 20 days of receipt of product.
- We request that you take a picture immediately of any damage/ defective items and send to gratitude@aurarainwater.com with your invoice number.
- Returns/exchanges may take up to ten business days to process, but we aim to resolve all issues within 24 hours.
- In the event that a product is determined to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturer error, we will exchange the product as needed. If Aura Rainwater determines that replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund.
Quality Assurance Product complaints: Our purpose is to serve our customers with the highest quality products. All supplies
are carefully chosen and inspected. In the event there is a quality issue with a product, please have the following information ready for your Marketing Associate:- Item UPC code
- Any case codes
- Invoice number from delivery day
- Names of any third parties
- Please save the product and any foreign objects.
Upon delivery, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on everything. Your Aura Rainwater driver will help you verify that the number of items delivered agrees with your invoice.
- The shipping and delivery dates stated by Aura Rainwater are always approximate and failure to meet them will not result in default.
- Aura Rainwater reserves the right to use whatever shipment carrier and method it chooses with our primary goal of getting your items to you undamaged and in a timely manner. Please let us know in advance if you cannot accept packages from a specific carrier. We are always open todiscussing your shipment carrier preferences prior to delivery of your items. In rare cases, shipping rates may change if we have to use an alternative method.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a damaged/ defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
- We will not refund shipping / delivery charges after a product has shipped.
