Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering rainwater in perfect condition. If your Aura product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't meet our quality standards, we will make it right.

Disclaimer

Our products are bottled pure rainwater. Due to safety risks associated with ingestible products such as ours, it is not possible for us to entertain any kind of return and refund. You cannot return the product just because you don't want it anymore. As an ingestible item, it is typically considered a non-returnable perishable good.

Exchange

Request for exchange is conditional and is at the discretion of Aura Rainwater, based on the provision of relevant evidence. Once qualified for exchange, Aura Rainwater will ensure smooth processing and delivery of the product you wish to exchange with.

  • Request for exchange can be made within 14 days of the order delivery.

  • Request can be sent to our email address: delivery@aurarainwater.com or our phone number: 512-828-3924

  • Once request is received, it will be processed and resolved within a week and you will be notified via email.

 

Non-Exchangeable items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened bottles without documented quality issues

  • Items beyond 14 days from delivery date

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Gift cards or promotional items
